Program & Services

Eligibility lists are created on a monthly basis to provide benefits pursuant to the Plan Rules and Eligibility Criteria. They are accessible to Homewood Health via secure log in, maintaining private and confidential identification for access to the many benefits and services available.

A unique feature of this plan is that CEFAP will pay a portion of the cost for an eligible employee (or family dependent) to attend an approved clinical rehabilitation program to deal with an alcohol or drug problem or other addiction. The program allows Homewood Health, the employee, and the treatment center to work together towards the goal of rehabilitation. Reimbursement occurs once the recommended residential treatment program is completed.
