As you may be aware, the Building Trades of Alberta (BTA) has announced that they launched the BTA Member Wellness Program on November 1st, which is their alternative Case Mangement/Return to Work program with respect to employee alcohol and drug violations under the Canadian Model.
For your information, this is not a CLRA partnered program and it continues to be a requirement for work performed under our collective agreements to make referrals through our portal for any employee A&D violations at:
