NEW INTRODUCTION TO UNDERSTANDING SYSTEMIC RACISM COURSE

On November 1, 2021, BuildForce is releasing a new course; Introduction to Understanding Systemic Racism: A Guide for Leaders and Managers. The course focus is on increasing awareness about systemic racism and providing information and strategies to help organizations create and/or revise policies and processes to support workplaces that are inclusive of Black, Indigenous and People of Colour.

• Takes about three (3) hours to complete
• Students who take this course can present the certificate of completion within their Gold Seal Certification application. The course is worth a half (0.5) Gold Seal credit and falls under Gold Seal’s national curriculum standard
